Traditional Cooking Techniques
Hand-Ground Spices
Our chefs meticulously hand-grind a variety of spices using traditional stone grinders. This process retains the essential oils and flavors of the spices, ensuring a perfect blend that is both aromatic and flavorful. The use of freshly ground spices is a hallmark of Chettinad cuisine, setting our dishes apart with their intense and vibrant flavors.
Authentic Ingredients
We source only the finest and freshest ingredients to create our meals. We also use traditional ingredients unique to Chettinad cuisine, such as kalpasi (black stone flower) and dried meat, to bring out the true flavors of the region.
Slow Cooking
